Rules for using Banubo and buying physical goods.
Operator and contract
Banubo is operated by Wróblewski Multimedia, ul. Ligocka 51, 44-105 Gliwice, Polska, NIP/VAT UE PL6311794620. Banubo is the seller only where an offer names Wróblewski Multimedia as seller. Otherwise the named independent trader is the seller and Banubo provides marketplace and payment-facilitation services.
Orders
Buyer registration is public and free. This release permits PLN purchases of physical goods delivered by InPost only to Polish addresses. Before payment we identify the seller, product, total price and tax, delivery cost and estimate, withdrawal rights and the payment obligation. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Rights and contact
Mandatory consumer rights are not limited. The seller is responsible for conformity, fiscal documents, delivery, complaints and returns; Banubo is responsible for its platform service. Illegal content may be reported under the Moderation and DSA policy. Polish law applies without removing mandatory protection in the consumer’s country. Contact: ops@banubo.eu.
