Seller and P2B terms

Access and identity

Selling is invitation-only for sellers invited and verified by Banubo, including traders and, where Polish law and current Platform rules allow it, natural persons conducting unregistered activity. One verified legal seller may operate multiple shops and invite staff. An independent seller must complete identity, contact, tax, DAC7, Stripe Connect and InPost verification appropriate to its status; accounts cannot be shared across legal sellers.

An unregistered-activity seller confirms that they are an eligible natural person, monitor the statutory revenue limit and register in CEIDG when required. From 2026 the Polish limit is quarterly: 225% of minimum wage, equal to PLN 10,813.50 gross per quarter in 2026; after exceeding it, the CEIDG filing must be made within 7 days.

Duties and ranking

The seller is responsible for lawful and safe products, files and services, accurate prices and descriptions, taxes, sales records, fulfilment, withdrawals, complaints, refunds and recalls. Unregistered activity does not remove tax, consumer, product-safety, sales-documentation or regulated-activity obligations, and the seller must update Banubo if their status changes. Compliant physical goods, digital products and files may be published when they meet Banubo technical, licensing and safety requirements. Ranking primarily uses relevance, availability, offer completeness, service quality, freshness and clearly labelled paid promotion.

Restriction and complaints

Banubo provides reasons and appeal routes for restrictions. Urgent legal or safety cases may be acted on immediately; other termination normally receives at least 30 days’ notice. Material P2B changes normally receive at least 15 days’ durable notice. Complaints: ops@banubo.eu.
