Invitation, verification and professional-selling rules.
Access and identity
Selling is invitation-only. One verified legal seller may operate multiple shops and invite staff. An independent seller must complete business, contact, tax, DAC7, Stripe Connect and InPost verification; accounts cannot be shared across legal sellers.
Duties and ranking
The seller is responsible for lawful and safe products, accurate prices and descriptions, tax documents, fulfilment, withdrawals, complaints, refunds and recalls. Only compliant physical goods may be published. Ranking primarily uses relevance, availability, offer completeness, service quality, freshness and clearly labelled paid promotion.
Restriction and complaints
Banubo provides reasons and appeal routes for restrictions. Urgent legal or safety cases may be acted on immediately; other termination normally receives at least 30 days’ notice. Material P2B changes normally receive at least 15 days’ durable notice. Complaints: ops@banubo.eu.
