Before listing
Physical listings require a product identifier, manufacturer postal and electronic contact, applicable warnings and traceability, and an EU responsible person where required. Sellers retain supporting compliance documents.
Incident and recall
Sellers must promptly report accidents, risks, corrective actions and recalls. Banubo hides affected offers, identifies purchasers, sends safety notices and cooperates with authorities and Safety Gate. A recalled offer cannot return without documented remediation and moderation approval.
