Notice and decision
A notice should identify the exact content, explain why it is illegal, include contact details unless protected anonymity applies, and confirm good faith. Use the listing report feature or ops@banubo.eu. We assess notices diligently and provide affected users with the restriction, facts, legal or contractual ground, automation used and appeal options unless law prevents notice.
Appeal and misuse
Appeals can be submitted through the account or contact address and are reviewed by someone able to reverse the decision. After warning, repeated manifestly unfounded notices or manifestly illegal content may lead to temporary suspension.
