Transaction fees charged to independent sellers.
Rates
Kram: 12% + PLN 1.50 per order. Pracownia: 9% + PLN 1.00. Manufaktura: 7% + PLN 0.50. Gildia: 5% with no fixed operating fee. Stripe, carrier, tax and optional promotion charges are disclosed separately. Platform fees are reversed proportionally for successfully refunded value, except a cost clearly disclosed as irreversible before it was incurred.
Invoices
Banubo issues KSeF 2.0 invoices for its B2B services where required. Sellers remain responsible for consumer fiscal documents unless a separate self-billing agreement exists.
