Delivery and withdrawal

Delivery is available only within Poland via the displayed InPost service. A consumer generally has 14 days after receipt to withdraw, subject to statutory exceptions disclosed for the offer. Notify the named seller through Banubo or its disclosed contact and return goods within 14 days. Direct return costs are borne by the consumer only when disclosed before purchase.

Complaints and model form

The named seller is responsible for conformity and statutory remedies. Model notice: “To [seller shown in the order], I withdraw from order [number] for [product], received [date]. Name, address, date.” A signature is needed only on paper. Refunds include the least expensive standard delivery where required and are made within the statutory period.
